I'm Official!!

It's finally happened. I am an official (although "alien") resident of Taiwan. My ARC arrived today. YEAH! I can now set up an account for money and get health insurance.

It's so nice to belong officially. I've felt like I've belonged since the first week, but not everyone agreed.

So I can now injure myself :) When I was climbing, I told my pals I couldn't fall since I don't have health insurance. ha ha!

I thought it was pretty easy to obtain, but Scott said otherwise. He had to go into the city twice to get the right forms.

P.S. I call this my "perfect" picture. I actually don't like it. They took out all my blemishes but now it is inaccurate! That's how they do pictures here in Taiwan - make you beautiful and young. (They probably even make locals look more white. ha ha)
